Please can you record only your performance. Unfortunately we won't be able to use your recording if we can hear the track being played in the background.

The best way to do this is to play the track through headphones and record yourself playing along to it!

Background

I understand that T-Mobile may wish to use the film footage and or sound recording of the track (and my part therein), my performance, voice and/or photograph and images created and submitted by me in promotional material for T-Mobile’s Josh’s Band Campaign, including (but not only) online, posters, press, point of sale, PR, TV, Cinema, radio ads, commercial release of the track, and ancillary use.

My consent

In signing this release form, I give permission to Saatchi & Saatchi, acting as T-Mobile’s advertising agent, to use my name, face, voice and performance, including the sound recording of the track(and my part therein) and written versions of the comments made as part of my performance whether in whole or in part in any context, and all rights in any music composed and/or performed by me or other materials created by me for any purpose without exception for the Josh’s Band Campaign, including commercial release of the track. I give permission for this use to be anywhere in the world and whenever and for as long as T-Mobile wishes.

I hereby give all consent necessary for the purposes of Part II of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. I understand that T-Mobile may then use, copy, edit, publish, transmit, distribute and display the images and sound recordings in promotional material or any commercial release of the track. I agree, should T-Mobile ask me, to use all reasonable endeavours to sign any future additional documentation or to do any acts or things which may reasonably be required to give full effect to this agreement.

My status and promises

I promise that I understand all of this, that I have the right to enter into this release and that I am 18 years of age or over. In the event that I am under the age of 18 years, my parent or guardian has also signed read and agreed these terms on my behalf. I also promise that all of the information that I have provided is correct.

I also promise that I won’t during the Campaign, behave in any manner which may damage the reputation of T-Mobile, and that I haven’t in the past done anything which is likely to discredit or damage the reputation of T-Mobile and make the Campaign unusable.

I promise that on signing this release that I will not be in breach of any other agreement.

I understand that I won’t receive any payment for my appearance, my musical contribution or recorded performance in the T-Mobile Campaign or if T-Mobile sub-licences any use to a third party
